Each reviewed chili oil product is assessed based on the five flavor elements: Sweet, Salty, Bitter, Sour, and, most importantly, Umami. In the second assessment, Don M.T. will pair the product with various foods and recommend the best pairings. Rest assured, family, all reviews are unbias.
